Payment Methods
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Dankort. Mobilepay and PayPal.
Charges to your account
You will be charged in DKK (currency of Denmark). For todays rates, please check http://finance.yahoo.com/currency-converter
Your account will be charged when your items are shipped.
VAT / taxes / moms
All product prices include 25% VAT (moms). If orders are shipped outside of the EU, VAT /moms will not be charged.
Customs/import duty charges.
Please note that residents of some countries may have to pay customs or import duty charges on their order. Because these charges are levied by your government and are specific to your country, we cannot tell you how much (if anything) this will be. You are responsible for any customs or import duty charges you may incur. If you choose not to pay these charges, your package will not be released by customs and may be destroyed. In this event, we will be unable to offer you a refund. DK and EU residents will not have to pay any customs or import duties.
Shipping info
You will be notified when your items will ship. Depending on your choice of shipping method, you can expect to receive your items from between 1-7 days from shipping within the EU and between 1-10 days outside of the EU.
Privacy Policy
We guarantee that your contact information will not be intentionally disclosed, rented or sold to any other third party or company. We collect your name, address and e-mail address so that we may process your order and are able to offer you excellent customer service.

Security Policy
Security of your information is our top priority. Our shopping system uses the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, making it extremely difficult for your data to be intercepted by an unauthorized party. Our encryption level technology is the same level that is used by NASA.
Return Policy
In case of defective items, we accept returns for exchange, refund or replacement within 24 calendar months of the arrival at your location. If we cannot replace your item with a suitable replacement we will refund your original purchase price. You MUST obtain a return authorization number PRIOR to shipping your product back to us. You may do this by e-mailing us with your return details.
If you regret you purchase, you have 14 days from arrival at your location to return your item for a full refund, excluding shipping.
We do not accept returns of products once they have been used. CDs, LPs and DVDs MUST be unopened. Products must be returned (postmarked) . We will pay for return shipping for defective products ONLY, and ONLY via regular mail (do not send via courier). Customers must ship the item to us at their expense and if the product is found to be defective, we will credit the credit card used to purchase it originally. If a product is returned for any other reason, the amount of shipping to return to us will be deducted from the credit paid for the return. It is very wise to enclose a note with your return for our warehouse.
